How would i clear my criminal background check with Dhs?

Ive been working as a CNA for a few years and got a misdeomeanor charge and the criminal background check through Dhs is stopping me from working. I was wondering what i have to do to clear it up so i can start working again.

    You can’t..it stays on your record for a certain length of time (you need to check, I think it’s 5 years but it might be longer)
